Rebecca Ruud practices in Holladay, Utah serving clients throughout Salt Lake Valley. All sessions are by appointment. New clients are encouraged to begin with the Initial Consultation.
A structured first visit for new clients. Includes a full review of your health history and goals, a complete structural assessment, and 20 minutes of hands-on work. You will leave with a clear understanding of what is happening in your body and whether Rolfing is the right path forward. Recommended starting point for all new clients.
Hands-on structural integration working with the fascial system to resolve chronic pain, restore mobility, and reorganize how the body holds itself in gravity. Visceral Manipulation is integrated where appropriate. For existing clients continuing their work or returning after time away.
Targeted work with the body's organ systems and surrounding connective tissue. Rebecca holds specialized training in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute — a credential most Rolfers do not have. Appropriate for clients referred by a physician, chiropractor, or other practitioner for specific visceral work.
Subtle hands-on work addressing the body's energetic patterns. A gentle entry point for clients who are new to bodywork or drawn to energetic approaches alongside structural work.
Targeted acoustic wave therapy for chronic musculoskeletal pain. Effective for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, tennis elbow, and stubborn tendon injuries that have not responded to other treatment. Non-invasive, no downtime. Most clients require 3 to 6 sessions.
The complete Rolfing protocol. Ten sessions of structural integration work, each building systematically on the last — with the 11th session complimentary. This is the work Ida Rolf designed and the format that produces durable structural change. Most clients who commit to the series describe it as the most significant physical investment they have made in their bodies.
